Dr Damian Palmer

Dr Damian Palmer serves as Executive Officer of the Commission for Theology, Formation and Leadership. He brings over 25 years of experience equipping people for life and mission within the Church and the wider community. For the past decade, Damian has taught history and missiology at United Theological College in Sydney, forming and mentoring students in theological reflection and practical ministry. His earlier roles include Congregational Mission Educator, academic administrator, and coordinator of University Chaplains, experiences that have shaped his ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds and foster learning communities grounded in creativity, compassion, and faith.
