Rev Stephanie Tai brings significant experience in church governance, leadership and organisational change within the Uniting Church in Australia. She has served on the Synod Standing Committee and contributed to the restructuring of the South Australia Synod and the formation of new Presbyteries.
Stephanie has also served as Executive Officer and Secretary of a Presbytery and is a member of the Mission and Leadership Development Board of the Synod. Through these roles, she has participated in task groups and committees focused on strategic planning, project management and change processes, developing strong skills in governance, discernment and problem-solving.
Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), bringing both theological and professional governance perspectives to her work.
