Rev Stephanie Tai has served on the Synod Standing Committee and contributed to the restructuring of the SA Synod and the formation of new Presbyteries. She has also served as Executive Officer and Secretary of a Presbytery and is a member of the Mission and Leadership Development Board of the Synod. Through these roles, Stephanie has participated in task groups and committees focused on strategic planning, project management, and change management, developing strong skills in governance, discernment, and problem-solving.
