Rev Sharon Hollis is the 16th President of the Uniting Church in Australia. Ordained in 1994, Sharon has served as a congregational minister, Continuing Education Coordinator and Resource Minister in the Culture of Safety Unit, all in the Synod of Victoria and Tasmania. She was Moderator of the Synod of Victoria and Tasmania from 2016-19. Sharon has been a member of numerous Synod and Assembly committees including Church Polity Working Group, the Baptist-Uniting Church dialogue and the Salvation Army-Uniting Church dialogue. Sharon is the Chair of the Act2 Steering Committee.
