Rev Peter Overton is a collaborative leader with experience serving in rural contexts across different states and Christian traditions. He has applied strength-based leadership as a key approach during Far North Coast Presbytery’s ongoing transition. Peter’s ministry perspective, is informed by rural church contexts, offering insights on reimagining new ways of being Church during this strategic recalibration of structures. Following the last Assembly, he felt called to move from the sidelines and engage fully in the Church’s discernment in this space.
