Rev Jane Fry recently completed her term as General Secretary of the Synod of NSW/ACT, which included leading a significant transformation process focused on effective governance across church councils. This work includes developing the Future Directions framework which recognises challenges facing the church while offering strategies for addressing resourcing inequities and prioritise missional initiatives.
