Rev Jane Fry is currently serving as General Secretary of the Synod of NSW/ACT, leading a significant transformation process focused on effective governance across church councils. This work includes developing the Future Directions framework which recognises challenges facing the church while offering strategies for addressing resourcing inequities and prioritise missional initiatives. The transformation project includes a proposal to reduce presbyteries from 12 to 3, to be considered at the July Synod meeting.
