Rev Duncan Macleod, an experienced church leader with a background spanning New Zealand and Australia, currently serves the Uniting Church in Australia as Executive Officer, Equipping Leadership for Mission (eLM) at the Centre for Theology & Ministry, Melbourne. He brings extensive experience in ministry formation and leadership development, equipping people for faithful service across the Church.
Duncan has been a member of the Victoria and Tasmania Synod’s Ministerial Education Board/Theological Ministerial Education Committee since 2019. In this role, he focuses on reframing ministry formation across the Synod, developing consistent approaches to formation for a variety of church leadership roles, providing support for the work of Pilgrim Theological College.
