Michelle Farrall brings over 25 years’ experience across the for-purpose, education, corporate, and international aid sectors, partnering with nonprofit leaders on strategic planning, brand strategy, and leadership development. She has served as a non-executive director on multiple not-for-profit boards since 2008. Within the Uniting Church, Michelle supported the transition to the formation of the new Commissions while serving as Interim Executive Officer for the Commission for Governance, Resourcing and Administration until the end of 2025, and now continues with the Commission as Senior Change Consultant, strengthening governance, planning, and Spirit-led initiatives across the Church.
