Dr Jessica Hateley-Browne brings an academic background with extensive experience in health and social policy research, consulting, philanthropy, and community services. Since January 2024, she has served as Director of Mission at Uniting VICTAS. She previously sat on the Board of Uniting VICTAS and was a member of its Quality, Safety, and Service Innovation sub-committee. A committed member of the Uniting Church, Jessica has held a variety of leadership roles, including Chair of the Northcote Uniting Church Council, member of the VICTAS Synod Standing Committee, member of the General Secretary Oversight Group, and member of the Act2 Steering Group. She brings deep knowledge of church governance and a strong commitment to shaping a hopeful and faithful future for the Church.
