Rev Nicole Fleming serves as Dean of Candidates at United Theological College, a role she has held since 2020, bringing strong relational skills and a focus on theological education. She works closely with candidates for ministry, supporting their formation and development with care, cultural awareness, and discernment.
Nicole previously served as a Specified Youth Minister with Dubbo Uniting Church and the NSW and ACT Synod Youth Unit, helping develop young adult leaders. She was ordained in 2009 and served as the minister with the congregation in Balmain prior to her current placement.
