Rev Dr Seforosa Carroll, a Pasifika migrant woman, is Acting Principal, Academic Dean and Lecturer in Cross-Cultural Ministry and Theology at the United Theological College, Charles Sturt University. She brings a unique perspective to theological education, with a particular focus on reimagining pedagogy through curriculum design, teaching methodology, and faculty representation.
She has extensive experience contributing to the Uniting Church, including work with UnitingWorld, the World Council of Churches, and several Assembly working groups such as the Assembly Doctrine Working Group, the Assembly Gospel & Gender Reference Committee, and was a former Chair of the Assembly Working Group on Relations with Other Faiths, supporting theological reflection, policy development, and leadership formation across the Church. Seforosa is a member of the Commission’s executive.
