Dr Paul Minty brings a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership experience, and ministry engagement. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he has worked as a research engineer and served as Chief Operating Officer of a medical device startup, leading the development of a Parkinson’s treatment in collaboration with international teams. Actively involved in Church life, he has contributed to youth ministry, intentional Christian communities, and chaired the Joint Church Council of the Banyule Network of Uniting Churches in Melbourne. Paul recently completed a Diploma of Theology at Pilgrim Theological College in the Synod of Victoria and Tasmania and is committed to supporting the Church’s mission, enabling communities to flourish through compassionate service.
